Gender Policy Code of Conduct
In 2005, the Executive Board of the University decided to implement the Gender Policy Code of Conduct, which conveys a clear commitment to an active equal opportunities culture in seven principles. Under this code, UZH commits to promoting forms of employment which help individuals to balance working, studying and family life.
Charta Family Life and Academia

In September 2016, UZH further strengthened its commitment to work-life balance by signing the Charta Family Life and Academia.
